You can submit your abstracts, posters and full paper studies within the scope of ICHORA2025.
All submissions must be prepared at the highest level of quality.
Full papers should consist of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 pages, including sources, graphics and figures.
Poster papers must have up to 3 pages (including references).
Since the acceptance rate will be kept below 50%, priority will be given to papers with high review scores.
A speaker can present a maximum of 3 papers. An author's name can be included on maximum 5 papers.
All papers must be written in Turkish or English and prepared in compliance with the paper formatting template. Submissions prepared in Turkish must include an English title and abstract.
If the acceptance letter you receive as a result of the evaluation is only for your abstract submission, you cannot submit a full paper. If you are going to convert the abstract paper into a full paper, the referee evaluation will be done again.
The content of any submissions should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in any other conference or journal.
You cannot make any changes to your papers after the camera-ready submission deadline.
All submissions will be double-blind peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research content, correctness, relevance to conference and readability.
The plagiarism rate for papers should be a maximum of 30%, including references, and a maximum of 20%, excluding references. Submissions that do not meet this requirement will be rejected without peer review.
Paper Submission
ICHORA 2025 offers two different publishing options for participants for full papers. These are IEEE Xplore (proceeding books) and IJMSIT (International Journal). Whichever publication option you will use, you need to prepare your paper according to the relevant template. Refereeing and publication selection processes are followed through templates.
If you choose the IJMSIT publication option, the full text of your paper will be published in the IJMSIT journal. The abstract of the paper will be published in the ICHORA2025 companion proceeding.
After you have prepared your work, you can send your paper via SETCMS using the link below. After sending, you can follow the entire process of your paper by logging in to SETCMS.
