The new Istanbul Airport (one of the biggest airports in the World) is located around 60 min drive from the congress venue. The Asian side Sabiha Gokcen Airport is also located around 30 min drive from the Venue.

Istanbul offers local modes of transport such as modern metro tubes, funiculars (Taksim-Kabatas), tunnel (Beyoglu-Karaköy), trams (all over European and Asian side centers), ferries of Bosphorus (every 5-10 min dept to Asia & Europe), 30.000 taxis, local busses, metrobus (special lane separated on daily traffic), and Mini–busses (easy to hop on and off local transport). a) Turkey having bilateral aviation agreements with 168 countries, is one of the countries with the highest number of flight networks in the world. Turkey in total has 7 domestic centers, 53 domestic flight points, and 286 international flight points abroad available.
b) Istanbul is connected to more than 50 countries – 1,5 billion people within 3,5 hours of flight time.
Over 100 countries’ citizens can travel to Turkey without a visa.
Turkish Railways Authority (TCDD) has regular train schedules from Istanbul to Budapest – Hungary, Bucarest – Romania, Kishinev – Moldova, Salonica – Greece and Sofia – Bulgaria in Europe, or to Damascus – Syria, and Tehran – Iran in the Middle East. For example, Istanbul – Salonica takes about 12 hours by train, and Istanbul – Tehran takes about 68 hours. International trains arrive at Sirkeci station on the European side, or Haydarpasa station on the Asian side of Istanbul depending on where you’re coming; from the West or from the East. Once you’re in Istanbul, you can get a train connection mainly to Ankara, Eskisehir, Denizli, Van, Kars, Gaziantep, Adana, and Konya.
