Welcome to ICHORA2025

The International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization, and Robotic Applications (ICHORA) has been organized since 2019. The congress aims to bring scientists, experts, instructors, non-governmental organizations, and private sector representatives together to share and discuss theoretical and practical knowledge in a scientific framework. ICHORA 2025 is a platform for state-of-the-art research paper presentations in engineering fields, as well as for discussing current issues and innovative technologies in multidisciplinary studies.

The technical program of ICHORA 2025 will include the presentation of invited speakers, panels, tutorials, special sessions, and regular sessions. ICHORA 2025 is an international congress organized for universities, research groups, companies, and technology groups from many countries to present their research results and innovative applications. The technical sponsor of ICHORA 2025 is IEEE Türkiye Section.

Authors are invited to submit full papers for consideration in the congress. All submitted papers will be double-blind peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research content, correctness, relevance to congress and readability. Accepted and presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.

The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English. Papers in both languages are accepted. We will be pleased to welcome you at the International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Applications, which will be held in person and online on 23-24 May 2025 in Ankara, Turkey.

The main topics of the congress are "Human-Computer Interaction", "Intelligent Control Systems and Optimization", "Machine Learning", "Signal Processing" and "Robotics and Automation".

Congress Session Scopes

Regular Sessions: It includes the presentations of the participants on the topics covered within the scope of the congress.

Special Sessions: Special sessions supplement the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of state-of-the-art research in academia and industry on novel and emerging topics.

Tutorials: Each tutorial should cover a single topic in depth. Tutorials will provide an interactive space for research and experienced tutors to present state-of-the-art research and the latest development.
